One Primary and Two Standbys

I have a primary and 2 standbys (Oracle 11g) system up and running and configured with Dataguard. 

One of the standby will be taken offline and taken offsite as part of the disaster recovery planning and then it will be run in a different location, and will also be given a new IP number when it is powered back up.

May I have your opinions on how I should approach it?  Should I remove it from dataguard and rebuild it from the beginning?
