Apex - Using multiple parameters in a Restful Service

Hello,
Please could someone give me an example or format for an Apex Restful Web Service Template and URL (where the handler is GET) where there are multiple parameters?
I have searched documentation but cannot find examples where there is more than one parameter. 

I am using Apex Listener 2.0 and Apex 4.2
