drop and adding logfiles in standby

Our current standby (created by active duplicate)server has logfiles(3 redo and 1 standby redo)  which are different in location from primary.  I have prepared tasks to put them back to match the primary.

I will be using DGMGL and hope if the community could help and check the following to see if I am wrong or miss anything or in wrong processing order.

I will need to stop the managed recovery, log shipping, change standby_file_management parameter:   So,

DGMGL>EDIT DATABASE icmsprod SET APPLY-OFF

DGMGL>EDIT DATABASE icmsprod SET STATE=TRANSPORT-OFF

DGMGL>EDIT configuration set  STANDBY_FILE_MANAGEMENT=MANUAL
