Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear all,

I am not having complete clearance about user licensing per module. Suppose let's take example of order management.

I have assigned this module to 10 user. 5 of them enter order ,using report 5 of them might be using price list, shipping execution.

1)Shall I pay for 10 user or

Shall I pay for concurrent users maximum at one time.

That could be 7.
