Service Request Charges - Global View

 Hi,

We have a business case where user wants the capability to search and view Service Request Charges based on material/expense/labor items across all service requests. Something similar to Contact Center Workbench.

Just wanted to check if there is any screen (Oracle R12.1.3) which can provide a global view of charges with search capabilities.
