Oracle calling tax engine during RMA line

Hello,
We are on R12.1.3.

Scenario:  
Based on business requirement, we automatically generate RMA line for the item that is been shipped. 
We have developed custom WF, which will understand that item is shipped.  As soon as item gets shipped and "Interface Trip Stop" program gets completed, it will automatically create RMA line for shipped item on the same SO.  RMA line is always referenced to original shipped line.

Now, as per std functionality, RMA line will inherit "Unit Selling Price" and Tax details (-ve value) from the  original line.  Reason being, Oracle will call tax engine for tax calculation.
