Profile Options - excluding certain orgs

Hello All,

I have a profile option from which I am trying to exclude some orgs that were previosuly included. I am able to successfully exclude them and when I go to the People screen and query, the employees that were part of the excluded orgs is not showing now. It is working as desired till here. But, when I query for any ex-employees who were attached to the exluded orgs, I am stil lable to query and se these people.Why is that so? Dont the ex employees follow the same rule, that if the orgs that they are attached to is excluded,
