CPU CORE COUNT on ODA

Hi All,

Any thoughts on cpu core count distribution on ODA?

We have 12 databases in total within our 3 environments(Development, Test, Production), We have to distribute 10 cpu cores avaiable to us and particulary we want production to be isolated so it will not get interupted in between.

As per my investigation we can use Resource manager and instance caging, but let say if we have to assign 2 cpu cores to 4 databases in our test or development environment then how can we do this using caging or resource manager?
