Item Restriction not throwing error

Hi

I have a following scenario, Where item restriction not throwing error.

  1. Sales Order is made with Ship To , say 112233 ,  can be allowed for  selling item  AABBCC. Order created
  2. Then User realised Ship To is not 112233, Ship To should be 112244,Who got  this item AABBCC  restricted.   User could change Ship To 112244 at Header Revision and the same populated to Sales detail line as well. But error is not thrown though item is restricted.

        Using JDE 9.0 Version

      3. If the fresh order is created for 112244, for the item AABBCC it is throwing error.

   It looks for me BUG
