Apss 12.1.3

Patch 14532468 failed with the following error


Stop.
Done with link of fnd executable 'AFPASSWD' on Wed Sep  4 11:15:26 CDT 2013

Relink of module "AFPASSWD" failed.
See error messages above (also recorded in log file) for possible
reasons for the failure.  Also, please check that the Unix userid
running adrelink has read, write, and execute permissions
