Customer Credit Snapshot report with Inactive Bill To sites on Customer

Is there any way to include activity on the Customer Credit Snapshot report for a Bill-To usage site that is no longer active ?  If a customer requires an address change for the Bill-To, our process it to create a new Bill-To site and de-active the old Bill-To site. The Customer Credit Snapshot report only reports information on the active Bill-To site.  The desire is to see all activity for the customer....not just the active Bill-To site.
