Siebel Call Center 8.1.1.10 New features

 Hi,
We are in the process of upgrade from 8.1.1.7 SEA to 8.1.1.10 SIA. We would like to know that what are the major differences or enhancements in 8.1.1.10 version. Can you please help me in this regard?
