How can I determine if Oracle Wallet for Funds Capture and Payables is setup

I'm not sure if this is the proper community for my question, but its a start.  We are in the process of using electronic payment and funds capture, but before we do so we need the DBA's to setup the Oracle Wallet. I have been able to use the Oracle seeded template and perform the setups to produce an EFT payment.  However, my colleague is unable to get funds capture to work due Oracle Wallet setup issues he's having with DBA's.  He has 2 SR's for setup issues tied to Wallet.

My question is, how can I verify on my own if Oracle Wallet is working for Payables (encrypting bank account number, IBAN number for supplier banks on the Dbase)?  If there a SQL query I can run to verify that the wallet is working?  Currently we are not using PCARD, but the goal is to eventually to utilize PCARD sometime soon.
