Page Response - CRMOD
I am the global support manager for CRMOD in our company. My team is tasked to come up with key results indicators (KPI) for CRMOD. Part of the system metrics that I am thinking is PAGE RESPONSE. Is there a way to automatically capture how long does a page (or form) loads in CRMOD?
There are the start and end times for Web Services Utilization but not the page response. Also, I am interested to track the standard pages like opportunity, lead, account, etc.
