Patch 5672279. : Relinking fails on 'RAXTRX' with /usr/bin/ld: cannot find /prdapps/prdora/8.0.6/l

During apply the below patch, it hit with below error.
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ar      forms/US        ARXCUDCI.fmx

make: *** [/piuapps/piuappl/ar/11.5.0/bin/RAXTRX] Error 1

Relink of module "RAXTRX" failed.
See error messages above (also recorded in log file) for possible
reasons for the failure.  Also, please check that the Unix userid
