Budgetting

Hi,

We want to use the budgeting in purchase. My client is having the fixed budget for entertainment. Also Five persons in the company have the authority to use the budget. For this they have made one special account and if any purchase made for entertainment this account will get debited.

But company also want to check the budget of each person individually and do not want to create the five different accounts for each person.

So in nuttshell i want to ask is: if we make one account and do the budgetting on the subledger. is it possible to do budgetting on subledger.
