With hold tax amount on receipt

Hi,

I have a business requirement in which in Sales Order line, tax rate is applied that consists of 4 tax lines, one for GST, second for Further Tax, third is Permit Fee and last one is Income tax. From Sales Order Invoice is auto-created and it makes the invoice of the same amount and when this invoice is applied to the receipt same amount is charged. Now my requirement is customer is liable to pay two taxes out of four and remaining two will be paid by the organization itself. Is it possible to withhold amount of two taxes in invoice.
