Smartview error - handled an unknown exception thrown by Microsoft

Excel: 2007

smart view return different kind of error when try to reteirve large volumn of data.

"base member company27account1150cost center270year 30period12scenario15version 10product50project 20"

Error occur when i fix all dimension to a specific value, but account and cost center to base member on the row .
> account , cos center

how to determine the limit of records or row that i can reterive in my instance ?
