OpenUI IE10 send email "Change Language/Locale" issue

Hello,
I have not yet found any article about this in support web and I think we should create SR about this.

The issue is:
Go to Accounts. Use Siebel email client. Press F9 and in "Send Email" form press "Change Language/Locale" button. 
Now in "Change Language/Locale" form when you press OK or Cancel the form doesn't return you to the "Send Email" form. 
Doesn't work with IE10 in OpenUI mode but works with chrome, firefox and in HI mode.
