Webcenter Portal - Automation Process without JDeveloper

Hi everybody!

Here in the project, we are working with WebCenter Portal. The customer need an automation process to compile and generate the .EAR of project without the need the JDeveloper, possibly with Apache ANT.

There is a possibility of making this process without the need JDeveloper? Some recommendation for this process?
