OpenUI IE10 click on "New" button invokes incorrect applet

Hello,
I have monitored this behaviour in 8.1.1.10 OpenUI with IE10. Go to "Communications->My Outbound Request Overview" and open "Recipient Sources" tab.
Press New button and the correct applet is visible but if you close the applet and press New button agin then incorrect applet is visible.

I attached the following screenshots:

Anyone knows cause for this?
