What is the easier and safer to Upgrade from Oracle 11.2 STD Edition to Oracle 11.2 Enterprise Edit

 Hi,
I have sevaral servers in Windows2008 using Oracle 11.2 Standard Edition.

I would like to migrade these servers to Oracle 11.2 Enterprise Edition.

Severals ways are possible!

But I whould like to know : What is the easier and safer way to migrade these servers ?
