Are there any General Data Fix (GDF) for other products, apart from AP?

Hi, We are in the process of upgrading our 11.5.10.2 instance to R12.1 (12.1.3), in a test upgrade environment. The basic procedure regarding patching will be as follow.

Upgrade 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1
Apply 12.1.3 RUP
Apply Financials RPC (Doc ID 954704.1)

Question:
Upgrade Guide, Upgrade Advisor (269.1), Maintenance Wizard etc. advise about apply AP Generic Data Fix (GDF) as pre-upgrade and post-upgrade steps.
Are there similar GDF for other products of Financials (e.g. AR, FA, GL etc.), Projects, HCM etc.?
If so, can you kindly advise the MOS document ID. I am unable to find, apart from those for AP?
If there are no GDF, can you guide why only AP have potential data issues and not other products?
