Account Hierarchy

Dear Experts

Can someone please explain me the how to setup the Account Hierarchy with out merging the account? this is only to view the Account Roolups for Credit Dept, I am  looking for a Family Structure, like roolup account summary of Father>Child Accounts.

I tried Party relationship of the Cust Master, but its not working as what I am expexting..
