Reassign buyer associated with Inventory items

  Hi,

 Can anyone please point me to right direction on this. I am trying to reassign the default buyer for a ABC category Inventory items to M  and default buyer for XYZ inventory items to K. 

Thank you.  please let me know if additional information is required.
