Is there a way to see data on what actions have been performed by a workflow in the past?. Something

 Hello-
I'm trying to debug an issue related to an opportunity record. We have a worklfow that sends an email when a new opportunity is created and meets certain criteria. Is there a way to know if that email was sent?

All the workflow monitor shows is pending actions...
