EBS R12.1.3 : ODS load failing

We have a  ASCP instance and EBS INSTANCE.    ODS load is failing in ASCP instance with following error

Hi,

We have  a 2 tier setup for ASCP.      We have a EBS instance and a separate ASCP instance.     We are executing ODS collections in ASCP and it is failing with following error

5-SEP 10:13:25 : Procedure MSC_CL_SETUP_ODS_LOAD.LOAD_TRADING_PARTNER started.
