Lots of dbsnmp entries in the audit log. How do I ensure agent is not connecting as sysdba?

I've just recently configured our 11gR2 (11.2.0.3.0) installation on RHEL 5.7 for syslog auditing.  I'm seeing lots of entries for the DBSNMP user and understand this is probably because the OEM agent is connecting as SYSDBA.  How do I ensure it is not connecting as SYSDBA?

We're using Enterprise Manager 11g Database Control.  I've followed the instructions for Modifying Target Properties for the database instance.  The Configure screen shows that it's connecting as user dbnsmp with role NORMAL. This is not a stand-by database.

Thanks!
