Unable to restart Grid Infrastructure/Oracle Restart (Standalone ASM install) after renaming the se

Hi,I have a standalone ASM installation, 11.2.0.3.   We are moving the server into production which requires a hostname change.  After renaming the server, I am unable to restart Oracle Restart.  I receive the following errors:

oraasmp@cvipkom3]:/appasmp/oracle/product/11.2.0.3/bin>crsctl start has
CLSU-00105: Operating System interface has reported an internal failure
CLSU-00103: error location: scrcreate5
CLSU-00104: additional error information: need ha priv
CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

Has anybody had any experience with this?
