Report that shows approval limits in purchasing

We are on 12.1.3 and we get this question from our users many times as to how can they review their approval limits in purchasing -if there is any report (which we did not find any) or any other way they can review all the buyers' approval limits in the absence of  access to the approval setups  and sqlplus to  get this data from backend

Would anyone have any ideas how we can achieve this?
