Shipping and Handling disappears between iStore and Order Managment

Hi

We are testing a new iStore site.  Within this new site, shipping and handling charges are showing up correctly on the iStore confirmation screen.  However, when you view the order in OM, the shipping and handling charges have vanished.  Anyone encountered this before?
