Error when creating snapshot

When I try to create a snapshot in a non-global zone with fssnap such as
fssnap -o bs=/xxx /yyy
I keep getting
fssnap: /dev/fssnapctl: error 2: No such file or directory
Anyone have a clue to the problem?
I'm running Solaris 10 10/08 s10s_u6wos_07b SPARC.
Thanks!
