SIM Inventory Updates from Sales in a multi-channel or mixed POS environment and ReSA Parser Batch

I am trying to understand how to configure the system in an environment where ReSA is being fed RTLog data from multiple sales channels and mixed POS environment (Oracle POS and non-Oracle POS).

Scenario 1) ReSA is being updated with sales data from eCom store via RTLog. Presently, this data flows to SIM via POSU & ReSA Parser Batch. However, since inventory movements for this store are not managed in SIM (they are managed in external WMS system where order fulfillment also takes place), inventory level is always negative since SIM does not get positive inventory movements from the receiving process. How can the system be configured to prevent the flow of sales data for this location from ReSA to SIM?
