Where is the GSA checkbox at the customer account level in R12?

In 11i on the Customer Standard form under the customer acount Order Management tab there is a GSA checkbox..  We are unable to find the corresponding checkbox in R12.  In R12 we have foun the GSA checkbox at the business purose level, but we really need to find the checkbox at the customer or customer account level.
