Unable to find employee name in team members LOV in Project Management

Hi Experts

One of our clients need a new employee to be set up as a project team member and project manager in Project Management, but they are unable to see the employee name in the team members LOV, but the same employee name can be seen in the Key Members LOV in Project Costing.

From my analysis, I found that this employee has no job assigned in HRMS module. Is that the reason for the above issue???  Please suggest me a way out for this issue.
