Trough srvctl couldn't able to start rac instance

Hi,

We have deployed 11203 Grid Infrastructure on Linux5.7 with 3 nodes and created oracle 11107 RAC database. We are successfully able to start the instance by using sqlplus but when we try to start services and database by using srvctl it is reporting belwo error also crs_stat -t status shows UNKNOWN for this particular instance. Pls help us towards fixing this issue.
