Email notifications not received from istore

Hi ,

we are testing the functionality of oracle istore email notifications,

I could see that mails are not delived from istore .For example User registration.

I asked our DB team to configure the SMTP serve which has been done sucessfully.

I have setup JTA UM Application URL (JTA_UM_APPL_URL) profile value to the url which i am using to open i store

Notification event ' user registration' is also enabled but still email notifications are not delivered.

please advice me.
