R31113Z1I - Inbound Inventory Issues Transactions Not Generating Transaction for Duplicate Lines

Hi,

I'm relatively new to JDE and am a Business Analyst rather than a developer but i've noticed some odd behaviour with this UBE and was wondering if anyone else had come across this issue. I've checked the knowledge center but couldn't see anything in there!

I understand that this is a base UBE which runs over the table F3111Z1 - the F3111Z1 stores used parts lines that are written there by remove devices (i.e. PDAs)

The UBE should create transactions for these lines by generating an ST/OT but if a part has  two seperate lines on the F3111Z1 (with the same batch, transaction and order number) then a transaction is only created for one line, not the second.
