SR status change
We are working on SR form and having a requirement regarding SR status change as below--
'Presently user can change SR status by opening a particular SR. Our requirement is that user has to enter remarks whenever he chang the status of that SR. System should not allow user to chnage status without entering reason for status change.'
How is it possible? Through some form personalization or any customization.
