Journal entry Approval workflow

We are on R12.1.3 and We have enabled the Journal Entry approval. After we upload the Journal Entry /Batch using the Webadi, We have to go to Journal entry screen and initiate the workflow. Is there a set up , so that as the soon as the journal entry is completed from the web adi, the approval workflow is kicked off and no one has to manually kick it off. This will avoid one additonal step of querying the journal and clicking the button.
