Desupport Announcement: Enterprise Manager 12.1 does not support the management of Microsoft Cluster

Hi Everyone,
I don't believe this affects a great number of customers but if you are using Oracle Fail Safe, please continue reading. 

Starting with version 12.1, Oracle Enterprise Manager does not support the management of Microsoft Clusters with Oracle Fail Safe.   In place of Oracle Enterprise Manager,  customers can use either command-line interface or the Fail Safe Manager UI to manage their Oracle Fail Safe environments.
