No patch found for bug 16770738 (Form Loops When Invoice 'Released' When Selecting 'Receivable' Tab)

Hello,
We met a issue in PA Draft Invoice Review screen and found the following note in Oracle Support which exactly corresponds to it :
PAXINRVW - Form Loops When Invoice Is 'Released' When User Selects 'Receivable' Tab (Doc ID 1579975.1)
This note says that we need to apply patch 17005984.
But the corrected version of file PAXINRVW.fmb (120.60.12010000.76) is in fact not included in the patch.
So we searched patches which are included this file version but we did not find.
Is it possible for you to provide us a one-off patch for the bug correction ?
