OGG-00730 : No minimum supplemental logging is enabled

 Source OS : sunsparc 64bit
2 node 9i rac 
goldengate version : 112108

Target 
OS : AIX 64bit
2 node 11g rac

When I start extract in source machine  I get following error :
2013-09-06 16:44:43  ERROR   OGG-00730  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, ext1.prm:  No minimum supplemental logging is enabled. This may cause extract process to handle key update incorrectly if key column is not in first row piece.
2013-09-06 16:44:44  ERROR   OGG-01668  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, ext1.prm:  PROCESS ABENDING.


Suppliment logging is enabled  in source database
SQL> select inst_id,SUPPLEMENTAL_LOG_DATA_MIN,SUPPLEMENTAL_LOG_DATA_PK,SUPPLEMENTAL_LOG_DATA_UI from
