Internet Expenses: Expense report line context flexfields

The context flexfields in Expense report line do not appear when I set up Oracle Internet Expenses web, just appear all oh them that are inside Global Data Elements. What can I do?
I could not make a list of value an put it inside Global data because some of the context flexfields have a value set in their segments.
