MRP or starting engine not working as it should

Error forming transaction request when running the PL_RUN_MRP process

Check the OS setting on the App Servers called "MAX D Size" -- 64 bit

Current setting =  maxdsiz_64bit to 8 Gb , changed the maxdsiz_64bit to 12 Gb.
