Create Accounting - Secondary Ledger Representation

Hi

We have a Primary ledger and a secondary ledger (with a different chart of accounts). The Secondary Ledger conversion is at Sub Ledger level. Now for all Subledger tranactions, when I go to create accounting I can 2 accounting representation - 1 for Primary and 1 for Secondary. Is there a way by which I can restrict/control on which responsbilities the Secondary Accounting representation is available?
