Why the option Modify on the AutoCreate PO Form lets user increse the Approved Quantity

 Hello,
We do some test on this particular case and see that the option Modify lets increse, duplicate, triplicate quantity from an requisition line that prior is approved, system lets do this and doesnt show any message.

The option Modify is real necessary for split lines for different suppliers and others many reasons.

Is there an profile option or setup to control buyer to not modify quantity more than the approved?
