9.1 security bug?

Hi,

I nedd to enable button DELETE from P9000

1_I check all security on p00950, p95921, and so on....but button DELETE is grayed/grey yet

2_what is the different between this two access way:

access from fast path, write down p9000

and

access from: OMW, then select task(se_tast menu), and then press DESIGN button to open p9000

3_are there a segurity layer(OMW segurity) when accessing: OMW, then select task(se_tast menu), and then press DESIGN button to open p9000
