Standalone Delays in OMW

Hi,
Hoping this is the correct place for this question...

I'm noticing some significant delays in the 9.1 Standalone, even after a fresh install, in OMW. The delay occurs when I have opened the design for a table and then I go to close out of the table designer. It occurs regardless of whether I have made changes and the delay varies from about 1min-3min long. I've also tried pumping a lot of resources to a VM running the standalone to see if that was the problem (16 cores, 12 GB of ram) and still experience it. I've turned on debug output, but even in those log files I'm not
