8.1.1.7 - 8.1.1.10 upgrade issues?

Hello All,

A brief background on our environment:

We have upgraded from 8.1.1.7 to 8.1.1.10 on an AIX platform and DB2 database. We have upgraded the server and performed the IRM process. We are encountering an issue while logging into Firefox browser with an OpenUI enabled OM. We get the Siebel OpenUI login page, and upon logging in, we get only the Oracle logo and the toolbar on the top without any buttons visible. Has anyone faced the same issue? If yes, can you please suggest what are the measures taken to fix the same?

Another issue that we are facing on the HI mode of the OM is, upon compiling the SRF post IRM the URL is not coming up. The OM logs say the below:
